Evelyn has been very courteous, professional, & encouraging, during my last 3 cleanings as the doctor has been getting my smile back in order. After a thorough cleaning, I was able to ask: "what areas need a little more time and attention" with my brush at home, and which areas "Am I doing great" with? Let's face it: every hygienist asks "Are you flossing regularly?" Evelyn will take the time to help you with areas you're having trouble flossing, and give you guidance to get the results she gets when you floss at home. She'll do what she can to send you on your way with a clean smile you can maintain on your own for 3-6 months until it's time for her to do whatever it takes to get your teeth squeaky clean again. Despite using an electric toothbrush, my teeth always feel cleaner the day I leave the dentist after a cleaning! Dr. Acosta has installed multiple crowns for me, a service I've had done at other dentists (in the past), as well. All went well with that, and they are the best fitting crowns I've had done. I've also had implants done here, and that process went well, though I have nothing to compare that process to. I will say, the staff were very particular about making sure the "shade" of the implants matched my adjacent teeth. Prior to the implants, I had Invisalign done here, and although expensive, it does a great job restructuring your smile in far less time than the years I spent in braces as a teenager. If you're in search of a dentist, and this office is "on your plan", it's a great place to get your smile in order. Check with your insurer though, because nobody likes "surprise billing" for any medical or dental procedures... Dr. Acosta's front office staff can help you navigate what your insurance is likely to pay for various procedures, and lets you know up front how much to expect their services to cost "out-of-pocket" before the dental work is done.

What is gum reshaping?

Gum reshaping is a cosmetic dentistry treatment that helps balance your teeth-to-gum ratio.
